Volunteering Rules
- All members are expected to mention Sewasathi Sahayog Foundation’s official Instagram handle in their social media bio and actively support the organization by engaging with its posts and campaigns.
- Every message shared in official WhatsApp groups must be acknowledged. Members are requested to avoid personal or irrelevant conversations in all official Sewasathi Sahayog Foundation groups.
- Active Participation in Drives Participation in social drives is mandatory. Each member must actively take part in a minimum of 9 drives during the 3-month tenure.
- Attendance in official meetings, including core team and department meetings, is essential. Meeting schedules will be communicated through official groups.
- All assigned tasks must be completed within the given timelines. Repeated delays or negligence may lead to disciplinary action.
- If you face any challenges within the organization, you may directly reach out to the Founder. Suggestions or concerns can also be shared via email at teamsewasathi sahyogfoundation @gmail.com
Certification Criteria
- Volunteers are required to actively participate in at least 9 social drives during their three-month tenure.
- Consistent contribution to the assigned department is mandatory throughout the tenure.
- Regular attendance in both official organizational meetings and department-specific meetings is expected.
- Volunteers are encouraged to bring forward new ideas, suggestions, and self-initiated efforts that support the foundation’s mission.
- Active participation in social media engagement and outreach activities to help expand the foundation’s reach and impact.
